We pride ourselves on the level of continued commitment offered to all our customers who opt for our support package, which includes:

  • Unlimited helpdesk support - in the unlikely event that you should develop a problem our technical team can quickly and remotely access your system, diagnose and rectify the fault and get you back up and running.
  • BT Tariff updates - BT change their call charges during the course of a year and this will have an effect on how accurately you measure your communications costs.
  • Software updates - we are constantly looking at ways to enhance our products and offer our customer's greater functionality. As part of our support contract we offer free software updates available by download from our website.
